The final boss of Gucci by Frida Giannini. Mink, crocodile leather, silk, and golden chains all in one piece, with the most interesting part revealing itself upon closer inspection.
The fur panels are structured in chevron patterns across the body and in distinct sections along the elongated sleeves. Heavyweight chains interwoven with light leather strips run between them, anchored at the bottom by wide cuffs and a hem band, all crafted from premium crocodile leather with a pearlescent finish. The fur is treated with a delicate silver-gold metallic dusting that mirrors the tone of the hardware. It features a two-way Lampo zipper and an interior lined in 100% silk embroidered with the Gucci script.
The original retail price exceeded €10,000, and the only current listing for this model stands at $16,000 for a brown version, which, in my opinion, falls significantly short of this execution. All yellowing effects are entirely intentional from the factory; the manufacturer explicitly notes on the tag that the intensity of the golden hue may vary and will naturally fade over time.
