These Western cowboy boots surface on the secondary market with extreme rarity, and in this condition—for the first time in my memory. Constructed from pure calfskin leather, they feature a Chelsea-style architecture with elasticated side panels and a rear pull-tab, balanced by a narrowed toe box resting on the signature elongated last definitive of the Hedi Slimane era. A fine brogue perforated trim traces the perimeter of the toe box and the upper midsole, injecting a graphic edge into the silhouette without unnecessary decoration. The absolute masterpiece highlight of the construction belongs to the horizontal slash-slit running the full length of the heel flank: the sole visually detaches from the upper block, appearing to float effortlessly to create an illusion of weightlessness within an emphatically austere profile. Presented in excellent condition, finding them today in this state is truly a difficult task.
